  • We are looking for trustworthy candidates with excellent academic backgrounds and great interest in a career in Investment Banking to join our Santiago office for a full-time job in our regional Corporate Finance team, covering Spanish-speaking South America.

  • You will have the opportunity to work with high-caliber and experienced M&A professionals and participate in the origination and execution of prominent M&A transactions.

Key activities

  • You will be exposed to stimulating work and interesting deals in the M&A space while you work with and learn from experienced colleagues who will provide you with the required training, coaching, and mentoring.

  • As part of the team, you will be involved in all stages of transactions for companies active in various industries (e.g., Consumer, Retail, Insurance, Energy & Power, TMT, Real Estate, and Industrials, among others).

Responsibilities of the position may include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparation of information such as industry analysis, management presentations, pitchbooks, and information memorandums, among others

  • Supporting detailed valuation analysis using different approaches, such as trading/transaction comparables, discounted cash flow models, LBOs, et.al)

  • Management and support of due diligence processes

  • Participating in videoconferences and meetings with clients and global coworkers

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

  • Highly motivated and proactive person wanting to be part of a leading M&A Advisory team

  • Able to operate effectively in a team, contributing positively to team activities and working relationships

  • Strong self-confidence and initiative to take on early responsibilities and succeed in a fast-paced and challenging environment

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Fluent in Spanish and English

  • The position is oriented toward candidates who have recently graduated or have up to 2 years of experience in the industry
