ANALYST RECRUITING PROCESS AND ROLE DESCRIPTION
This year, we are looking to hire a select number of highly qualified candidates to join our Latin America Investment Banking team based in Santiago, Chile, working closely with our regional offices and headquarters in New York
We expect our candidates to meet the following criteria:
Genuine interest in corporate finance
Strong academic background
Sharp communication and analytical skills
Ability to work under pressure in a highly demanding environment
Strong attention to detail and an excellent work ethic
100% fluency in English and Spanish
The analyst position is oriented towards candidates who have recently graduated or will graduate this year.
