The positions will be filled by members who have experience in our geographic footprint and who are fully bilingual.
For the M&A Corporate Finance Associate/VP positions being considered, you will be responsible for preparing work proposals, preparing reports on companies, attending process meetings, and preparing valuations, all within a bilingual work environment.
Principal functions
Carry out asset valuations, analyze financial projections, and develop sensitivity analysis of a company.
Design financial models for debt restructuring or capitalization.
Establish relationships and maintain direct contact with current and potential clients.
Participate in business M&A negotiation processes.
Coordinate the Due Diligence of companies.
Team mentorship and coordination
Origination of ideas and proposals to the team
Required Skills
Ideal candidates should have 3-4+ years of experience in M&A and Corporate Finance, with an investment bank firm or asset manager (preferably with experience in Chile, Peru, and/or Colombia)
Experience in financial modeling
Knowledge of documentation required for M&A transactions
Fluent/Advanced English level
Problem-solving skills
Creative and with strong business intuition skills
Excellence in written and oral communications
Solid academic background in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related careersde comunicación interpersonales, capacidad analítica y un manejo avanzado de Inglés y excel.
