En Itaú buscamos un estudiante universitario para incorporarse como practicante al equipo de Investment Banking basado en nuestra oficina de Santiago, por un periodo de 6 meses comenzando la primera semana de enero 2026.

El cargo presenta la oportunidad de integrarse a uno de los bancos líderes en transacciones de Mergers & Acquisitions (“M&A”) y Equity Capital Markets (“ECM”) de Latinoamérica, y la posibilidad de tener exposición a clientes locales e internacionales de índole estratégica y financiera.

Responsabilidades del cargo:

  • La función del practicante es apoyar principalmente a los analistas y asociados en el día a día, tanto en la preparación de materiales de originación, como en las distintas ejecuciones de M&A y ECM en las que el equipo esté involucrado

  • Desarrollo de análisis de industria, con énfasis en los fundamentos financieros y estratégicos, los participantes clave y la regulación

  • Valoración de compañías bajo distintas metodologías

  • Preparación de documentos de transacción (i.e. Teasers, Information Memorandums, Offering Memorandums, Prospectos de Colocaciones, etc.)

  • Preparación de pitches de diversas industrias

  • ⁠Preparación de presentaciones e informes para clientes durante la ejecución de transacciones

  • Participación en reuniones y videoconferencias con clientes y equipos regionales

Requisitos básicos:

  • Estar cursando la universidad

  • Preferencia por Ingeniería Civil o Ingeniería Comercial PUC y FEN (extranjeros se analiza caso a caso)

  • Excelente desempeño académico

  • Disponibilidad por un mínimo de 6 meses

  • Inglés avanzado (hablado y escrito)

  • Manejo de Excel y PowerPoint avanzado

 Job Description
The new Infrastructure Intern will be based in the Santiago office but will be part of a global Infrastructure team of over 60 professionals. Accordingly, he/she will have the opportunity to work closely with team members in the Santiago office and interact with professionals from different offices, gaining insights into the exciting world of the infrastructure private equity industry.

His/her tasks will be linked with the main activities of Ardian Infrastructure funds:

  • Support in building infrastructure valuation models and companies’/projects’ financial analyses

  • Support in updating portfolio companies’ financial performance and valuations

  • Collaborate in the production of various documents together with investment managers or analysts for:

    • Investment support memos (2-pagers, investment committees’ memorandums)

    • Internal reporting

    • Advisory Boards and Annual General Meetings

    • Client reporting & meetings

    • Fundraising

Profile

  • Top-tier Business or Engineering School or University. Internship is also open for recently graduated professionals.

  • Fluent in English

  • Interest in M&A, Project Finance, Leveraged Finance, Investment Banking or Corporate Finance

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Eligibility to work in Santiago for at least 3 months is essential. Part-time option can be discussed
