Jedimar Inversiones (Family office del Grupo Jedimar, compuesto por las empresas Turbus, Starken, Caren, Samex, entre otras) está en búsqueda de un Analista de Desarrollo y Finanzas Corporativas, con hasta dos años de experiencia y/o conocimientos relevantes en Finanzas.

Principales funciones:

  • Coordinar y ejecutar las actividades de financiamiento del grupo

  • Participar y apoyar en proyectos de desarrollo del grupo (ej. M&A)

  • Gestión interna de los resultados del grupo

  • Apoyar en la realización de modelos de valoración financiera

  • Preparación de presentaciones internas y para el directorio

  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con otros departamentos del grupo para alinear los objetivos de los proyectos y los objetivos estratégicos

    Requerimientos

Requisitos:

  • Título de Ingeniería Comercial o Civil

  • Entre 0 y 2 años de experiencia y/o conocimientos relevantes en Finanzas Corporativas, Investment Banking, Research, Consultoría y Valoración de empresas.

  • Manejo intermedio/avanzado de herramientas de Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Habilidades de comunicación, análisis, proactividad y planificación

    Role: Financial Analyst – Business Partner BP

    Base: Santiago, Chile

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.

    The role provides financial analysis, insight into underlying performance on TWC, CAPEX, Risk Management & cashflow. It is the strategic finance business partner to Finance & local leadership team.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement

    • Consistently analyze financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports

    • Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators

    • Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience

    • Minimum 3 years' financial analysis and modeling experience

    • Experience working in a Industrial Company, ideal a Mining Provider.

    • Leadership experience

    • Advanced knowledge of Excel

    • Experience working with SAP, SF, Concur, Power BI

    • English (Minimum B2)

    • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.

    • Ability to plan, influence & execute.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic and recommended pathways, coupled with the ability to present to key stakeholder.
