Responsibilities:
Assist in M&A processes
Develop financial valuation models
Create compelling presentations using PowerPoint
Provide essential support to partners in pitches and exploring new opportunities
Conduct market research
Requirements:
0-3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a related field
Proficiency in English, both written and oral
Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
Strong financial and accounting knowledge
