Itaú Chile is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as an Investment Banking Associate. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in our investment banking M&A and ECM transactions, supporting senior bankers in executing strategic transactions and providing key insights to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Conducting extensive and detailed financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support transaction execution and origination
Creating pitch materials, including presentations and marketing materials, to support business development efforts
Assisting in due diligence and coordinating with client, legal, accounting, tax and other teams on transaction documentation
Conducting industry and company research to provide strategic insights to clients and senior bankers
Coordinating with internal teams on transaction execution and origination, including other IB teams, corporate finance, legal, brokerage, coverage and research teams
Lead and coach IB Analysts in the abovementioned tasks
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and other stakeholders in the investment community.
Requisitos para postular:
Industrial / Commercial Engineer or equivalent, postgraduate degrees are a plus
3-5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, corporate development or related field
Proven analytical and financial modeling skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
