For the M&A Corporate Finance roles, responsibilities will include preparing presentations, conducting research, and providing support across a variety of tasks within a bilingual work environment.
Principal functions
- Assist in the preparation of pitchbooks, teasers, presentation decks, and - CIMs showcasing potential deals and market opportunities
- Conduct financial statement analysis to assess the performance of the company under study
- Perform industry and company research to understand market trends, competitive landscapes, and potential acquisition targets
- Provide due diligence support
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, potential acquirers or targets, and monitor market activity
Required Skills
- Advanced Excel skills for handling large datasets and performing financial analysis
- Fluent/Advanced English level
- Problem-solving skills
- Creative and with strong business intuition skills
- Excellence in written and oral communications
- Solid academic background in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related careers
